The Team - Recruitment

Welcome!
Your probably here because for one reason or another, you wish to become apart of the [TDSD] team!

So, let's get straight down to business:
Recruitment is simple. First you will be required to answer a few questions and forward them via email or online messaging, and we will then reply with the conclusion of whether or not we are collectively interested in having you as a member of the team.

If approved, the team will then evaluate you over the course of one or more weeks. After said evaluation, we will send you another email with the final decision. Seem like a bit too much, maybe too serious? Don't worry; First, the process helps us to filter out players who really are not serious about joining at all. Second, we aren't going to be stalking your every move from the shadows while doing the evaluation; you can probably just expect to get to know some of the team members and cruise around with them. It may as well just be fun & games!

So, we don't have many rules, but here are the ones we do have:

1) You must be a member of no other clan / team. Currently this is not in affect for other games, meaning you can be apart of multiple other teams in other video games, but in GTA, [TDSD] must remain as your only drift team. Membership to other types of teams or clans such as Deathmatch or Roleplay teams also does not apply to this rule.
2) Respect the other members. Although I don't expect everything to be peachy, and I expect arguments to occur, this rule applies to the actions you might take afterward. Reacting against another team mate with retaliation will not be tolerated.
3) Support the team. To be honest we are extremely lenient when it comes to member activity. This rule only applies to situations in which you may be purposely avoiding team meetings, discussions or just being extremely inactive on purpose. We likely aren't going to keep you in if your not at least participating in one way or another.
4) Be opened minded. When it comes to GTA, there are several things that separate large amounts of people from liking one another. Things such as cheat tools, handling lines, vehicle modifications or other various gameplay manipulating items. To be apart of this clan, it is likely required that you have very little or no ignorance when it comes to the means that other members or players use to..play. You don't have to like what they do, you don't have to do it yourself, just remember that unless it directly affects you or has an impact upon fair competition (if there is a competition happening), then don't stir up an shitstorm that doesn't need to happen.

That's about it!

This next set of questions is to be filled out and emailed to one of the leaders email address's in the contact information section.

1) How old are you?:
2) How much experience do you have on GTA?:
3) How much drifting experience do you have?:
4) How many previous clans or teams have you been apart of?
Please make a full list of names and time spent as a member; as well as your reasons for leaving:
5) Do you use any vehicle modifications, handling or otherwise? If so, please list the types of mods you use:
6) Do you have any past relations with the team, or any of the team members? If so, please explain:
7) Why do you trust you would be a good addition to the team?: Please don't think up a "good" reply, I would encourage you to be as honest as possible; we aren't looking to only recruit perfect members.
8) What has interested you in joining?:
9) When and how did you first get introduced to the team?:
10) Do you agree that by completing these questions and submitting them, you want to join the team, you will stick with the team as much as you can when we endure tough times, you will not leave the team without good reason, and that you will treated like complete and utter trash for a total of 5 seconds following your decidable acceptance into the team?:

Great! That's the basics of the recruitment process! If you found any part of this to be offensive, revolting, annoying, disturbing or negative in anyway, please disregard any of it, as it is likely just due to my own personality and you shouldn't expect to have to deal with it all the time. Thank you!
